By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to driving warehouse efficiency, safety, and performance. If you’re excited to lead operations within a fast-moving, innovative company, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li> Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods </li><li> Ensure accurate processing and recording of inventory transactions using warehouse management systems </li><li> Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment in line with company policies and health and safety regulations </li><li> Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational targets, deadlines, and quality standards </li><li> Monitor and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch </li><li> Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment is essential</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control</li><li>Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Ability to lead, coordinate or support team members when required</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment</li><li>Physically able to lift and move goods as required</li><li>Manual car license</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Full time, stable employment in a rapidly growing sector</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression</li><li>The chance to be part of a mission driven company making a tangible impact on the future of energy</li></ul>
