Our services include the design, construction, configuration, and installation of versatile and efficient equipment, technologies, processing lines, and complete plants.To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Developer New Food to join our team in Alcobendas as soon as possible.Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Sales Development: Expand market share through lead generation and increasing conversion rates, supported by CRM-based monitoring.</li><li>Market Analysis &amp; Expansion: Successfully enter new and emerging markets.</li><li>Sales Activity Management: Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for global sales meetings.</li><li>Implementation &amp; Optimization of Sales Strategies: Continuously develop and refine existing processes.</li><li>Key Account &amp; Partner Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.</li><li>Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as the Center of Competence, Application Management, Project Management, and Service.</li><li>Customer Consultation &amp; Solution Development: Advise customers throughout the proposal process and develop innovative solutions tailored to specific requirements.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree (MSc or higher) in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or a comparable field.</li><li>At least five years of experience in a similar role within the engineering sector; experience in the food industry is a plus.</li><li>Deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) processes and market knowledge in cell-based fermentation and precision fermentation.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking combined with a structured working style.</li><li>Proven expertise in project management, communication, and negotiation.</li><li>Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
