Responsibilities / Tasks
The Regional Training Execution Manager plays a strategic role in strengthening the capabilities of our Service organization across the Americas. This role is critical to ensuring that our technical and commercial teams across the region are continuously trained, aligned, and equipped to deliver high-quality service. It will drive knowledge standardization, reduce ramp-up time for new hires, improve operational efficiency, and directly impact customer satisfaction and service quality.
The Training Execution Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of all training activities in line with the global LPT Service strategy, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and measurable impact across NAM and LAM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Training Coordination
Develop and maintain the regional training roadmap based on business needs and competency frameworks.
Coordinate execution of training programs for internal teams (technicians, sales engineers, service leaders) and customers.
2. Deployment & Tracking of Learning Programs
Ensure timely execution of onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs.
Track training KPIs, including completion rates, certification coverage, and training hours.
3. Support Local Trainer Development
Collaborate with Global Training Centers and identify local SMEs/trainers to support decentralized delivery.
Adapt global content to local requirements and lead the delivery of blended learning formats.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Interface
Align with HR, Technical Support, and Operations on skills gap analysis and development plans.
Interface with key accounts and customers to coordinate and deliver technical training as required.
5. Quality Assurance & Improvement
Monitor training feedback, measure post-training impact, and drive continuous improvement in learning design and execution.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in technical service, training coordination, or service operations in an industrial or manufacturing context
Proven experience with regional or global training implementation
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable
Willingness to travel 10–30% of the time (approx. 20–60 days per year) within Americas.
