You’ll be creative and entrepreneurial to identify opportunities, generate new business, and manage all aspects of the sales and account cycle, from initial contact to closing and upsell. What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Lead a high-performing sales and partner success team, fostering customer-centricity, driving renewals and expansions, and maximizing Via’s value</li><li>Strategize and execute full-cycle sales efforts to improve regional transit, consulting with clients to develop transit plans and secure funding opportunities</li><li>Become an expert on Via’s platform, showcasing its features and impact, while developing insights about customer use cases to position Via as the ideal solution for client needs</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Expansion, Growth, Product) to enhance operations and offerings, and share competitive insights to maintain a market edge</li><li>Represent Via in your region through public speaking, press engagement, and advising on local marketing initiatives</li><li>Identify and cultivate revenue-generating partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including public officials and private business leaders, while strategically navigating buying and renewal processes and communicating persuasively with key decision-makers</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>You have 10+ years of client facing experience with a record of achievement in Business Development, Consulting, or a similar space</li><li>Fluent in both Italian and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Intuitive communicator; whether in customer conversations, product presentations, or written proposals, you always strike the right tone and communicate persuasively</li><li>Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment -- you know when to push and when to yield in maximizing the value of a potential deal</li><li>A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality.
