CNC Machine Operator – Entry Level
📍 Location: Galesville, WI| 🕒 Shift: First | 🏢 Department: Manufacturing/Production
Are you mechanically inclined and eager to kickstart a career in advanced manufacturing? Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality components for a wide range of industries. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to learn.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC production machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
Select proper settings and make necessary machine adjustments.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to position and secure materials accurately.
Adjust machine controls to complete tasks per job specifications—efficiently and with precision.
Work under general supervision or direction of a lead person to meet production targets.
Your Profile / Qualifications
👤 Profile & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment preferred.
Basic understanding of mechanical processes and machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $19 - $21 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
