Documents all activity relating to molds and fixtures by part number after use. Assist in the training of all manufacturing personnel as required. Monitors that all operations are conducted in a safe orderly manner. Trains and monitors new employee’s as required on the operational and safety aspects of all equipment and fixtures, assists them in achieving engineering standards and troubleshooting as required, notifies engineering when problems arise outside of manufacturing’s expertise. Documents all production runs, condition of tooling, any modifications required, alerts engineering, machine shop and maintenance as support is needed. Assist engineering in validations, samples, and qualifications as necessary.
