You will partner closely with global and regional finance, procurement, collections and operations teams to monitor performance, identify risks, and support operational improvements and process automation initiatives. This position combines advanced data analysis, dashboard development, performance monitoring, and operational decision support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:  Global FSS KPI Reporting &amp; Performance Monitoring <ul><li>Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global FSS function, including DPO, DSO, invoice processing time, payment accuracy, vendor term compliance, collections analysis, early payment discounts, and dispute resolution rates</li><li>Establish reporting standards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of global FSS data Advanced Data Analytics &amp; Trend Analysis </li><li>Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, operational risks, and areas for improvement</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis on inefficiencies and performance gaps, providing recommendations for corrective actions  Data Visualization &amp; Dashboard Development </li><li>Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support business decision-making</li><li>Ensure AP metrics are accessible, clear, and actionable for stakeholders across regions and functions  Cash Flow &amp; Vendor Payment Analysis </li><li>Perform in-depth analysis of vendor payment trends, early payment discount utilization, and payment cycle efficiency</li><li>Support initiatives to optimize working capital and improve payment strategy alignment with business goals  Operational Decision Support &amp; Leadership Reporting </li><li>Provide actionable insights and strategic reporting to senior leadership on P2P performance, cash flow forecasting, vendor management, and operational risks</li><li>Present data findings in clear, concise reports and presentations tailored to financial and non-financial audiences Process Automation Support &amp; Data Process Improvement </li><li>Support the adoption of AP and AR automation and reporting tools, reducing manual reporting efforts and improving data availability</li><li>Identify and recommend opportunities for enhanced process automation within P2P operations  Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Regional Reporting Alignment </li><li>Collaborate with global finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure reporting alignment and data accuracy</li><li>Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving global P2P performance and data transparency  Training &amp; Analytics Best Practices Sharing </li><li>Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the global P2P organization   Required Qualifications: </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field</li><li>5–7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice-to-Pay, or financial reporting, with at least 3 years in data analysis, reporting, and KPI-driven decision-making in a global finance environment</li><li>Advanced proficiency in P2P systems (SAP, Coupa, Oracle), Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and metrics such as DPO, invoice accuracy, payment terms compliance, and early payment discounts</li><li>Proven ability to manage, analyze, and visualize large datasets and distill findings into actionable business insights</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities in a global, matrixed environment    Preferred Qualifications: </li><li>Lean Six Sigma, or data analytics certifications (e.g., CAP, Google or IBM Data Analytics)</li><li>Experience with shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or global service delivery models</li><li>Working knowledge of cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization processes</li><li>Familiarity with AP automation solutions, RPA, or workflow optimization tools is a plus</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><div><div>#LI-Hybrid</div></div></div></div></div>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
