We are looking for a Sr. Applications Developer (NetSuite) who will be responsible for architecting, solutioning complex business needs, and providing technical solutions for our NetSuite ERP ecosystem and be a member of the IT Business Systems Team. The ideal candidate will be flexible in adapting or learning new tools to map the growing business processes as the need arises. This role will help positively impact our sales, finance, supply chain, IT & other key business functions with smart, forward-looking solutions and operational efficiency.
This position can be located in Twin Cities, MN , St. Louis, MO or Remote.
Responsibilities:
Administer, extend & support NetSuite ERP (Finance, supply chain, sales)
Act as a lead developer/analyst onshore and guide and mentor offshore resources.
Ability to support & resolve NetSuite production issues.
Work directly with business (Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue, Sales Teams) to understand business requirements & provide timely and appropriate technical solutions.
Support critical functions like sales orders, shipping, invoicing, inventory, GL etc.
Closely work with extended IT team developers to design, develop, test, implement & support system solutions primarily in NetSuite ERP
Understand the ERP, CRM, HR concepts and processes very well which integrate or cross over with NetSuite system & beyond.
Prepare solution design documents, data flow diagrams, test cases, etc. as needed.
Execute large, midsize projects from concept to completion under limited guidance in a startup environment.
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of hands-on development & design experience with NetSuite platform is required.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite scripting, saved searches, reports, workflows & other technical aspects is required.
NetSuite Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Warehouse management, Standard Cost, Inventory, Manufacturing modules knowledge is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to actively engage with business users on their needs and deliver solutions.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Third party integrations with NetSuite like Paystand, ShipHawk, Zendesk, Expensify etc. are strongly preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Boomi is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, and Information Systems is preferred.

All remote positions and those not located in our Berkeley facility are paid based on National Benchmark data. Following employment, growth beyond the hiring range is possible based on performance.
Hiring Compensation Range
$140,000—$150,000 USD
