This role requires proficiency in project lifecycles, project management, requirements management, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, supply chain, and business systems.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or redesign.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure traceability and alignment of project requirements.</li><li>Standardize business operations by integrating policies, procedures, and roles into technology-enabled process flows governed by performance metrics.</li><li>Elicit, define, and manage business requirements.</li><li>Support the development of project charters, WBS, schedules, risk registers and other project artifacts.</li><li>Facilitate decision-making through structured analysis, trade-off assessments, and clear documentation.</li><li>Map, assess, and help optimize business systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, MRP) to support integrated program execution.</li><li>Bridge gaps between technical teams and business users to align systems capabilities with operational needs.</li><li>Develop dashboard, trackers, and planning tools using Data Visualization, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and other tools to support scenario modeling, reporting, and executive reviews.</li><li>Project management skills demonstrated; solid analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication &amp; presentation skills both written &amp; oral; ability to manage multiple projects.</li><li>Self-starter, able to self-motivate and complete tasks with limited supervision; autonomous.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>5+ years in business analysis or project management.</li><li>Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and stakeholder facilitation.</li><li>Familiarity in project planning tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, Google Sheets).</li><li>Knowledge with ERP, PLM, and related enterprise systems; SAP and Teamcenter experience preferred.</li><li>Aerospace or regulated industry experience preferred.</li><li>Systems thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and interdependencies.</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>PMP Certifciation</li><li>Familiarity with BI tools, data visualization, and a scripting language like Python or Matlab</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
