Active Directory and Domain Controller Administration. Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office. </li> <li>Project management skills, especially in IT infrastructure projects. </li> <li>Experience writing and maintaining SOP. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. </li> <li>Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills, especially managing time-sensitive tasks. </li> <li>Self-starter able to work independently.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical team members. </li> <li>Adhere to the company's safety protocol and policies. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Education &amp; Experience </strong></h3><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </li> <li>3-5 years of experience in IT support, system/network administration. </li> <li>1+ year of experience in IT provisioning (preferably in a public company). </li> <li>Knowledge of data protection operations and laws (GDPR) preferred. </li> </ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Location: </strong></h3><ul> <li>Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job.
