Requires knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.  Knowledgeable with adequate skills for independent application.  Varied work activities performed.  Individual responsibility / degree of utonomy.  Limited guidance neededHolds appropriate letter of electrical authorisation.
