About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Enterprise Sales Manager to champion SensorFlow’s growth and impact in the hospitality industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business, building long-term relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling, builds trust easily, and understands how to align business needs with technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Use a consultative sales approach to understand client business needs and articulate SensorFlow’s value proposition.</li><li>Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure. </li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g. Pipedrive), clearly documenting pipeline stages and deal progression. </li><li>Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts with prospective clients. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to support industry events, channel partnerships, and lead generation. </li><li>Build and expand senior-level networks to uncover new business opportunities. </li><li>Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos both online and in person. </li><li>Manage forecasts and pipeline updates, ensuring visibility across all deal stages and upcoming revenue. </li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B sales with 2+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or HVAC/IoT industries. </li><li>Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex sales cycles. </li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal, written, and visual. </li><li>Strong ability to craft persuasive business cases and handle client objections confidently. </li><li>Self-starter with high energy, accountability, and ownership of KPIs and metrics. </li><li>Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills. </li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and collaborates well with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Previous experience with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is a plus. </li><li>Fluency in Thai and English is required; additional languages are a bonus. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Background in hospitality, SaaS, or HVAC/IoT solutions. </li><li>Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. </li><li>Exposure to international markets and multicultural clients.</li></ul>What We OfferWe offer a generous compensation package, a supportive and fast-paced work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team transforming the future of smart buildings.
