He or she will also work closely with all parties to ensure effective system operation and optimization, staff development, implementation and management of an innovative predictive maintenance management program, administration and implementation of all routine and capital repair and replacement projects, and emergency response for process upsets, equipment failures, force majeure events, all alarm events, etc. He or She will regularly prepare reports for regulators, clients, and the firm. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage the budget of the project and manage the scope and schedule of contractual obligations and serve as the main point of contact between the client and the firm.
