Your mission As Head of Digital Marketing (f/m/d), you will take the lead in scaling Prewave’s digital customer acquisition engine across the entire funnel - from awareness to conversion. You will define and execute our performance marketing strategy, drive website and SEO initiatives, and build a robust experimentation and analytics framework. What You’ll Do <ul><li>Own and develop Prewave’s digital marketing strategy across paid media (search, social, display, retargeting), SEO, and website optimization</li><li>Design and execute scalable, growth-driven campaigns to generate B2B leads and meet pipeline, and MQL/SQL targets</li><li>Define and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring strong cost-efficiency, CAC, LTV, and overall ROIBuild and lead a structured experimentation roadmap (e.g. A/B testing, creative testing, landing page CRO)</li><li>Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Operations to align campaigns with messaging, personas, funnel stages, and backend processes</li><li>Define KPIs and reporting structures, establish dashboards, implement marketing attribution models, and ensure scalable marketing operations processes and tooling</li><li>Drive SEO, organic traffic strategy, and website performance in collaboration with product and content teams</li><li>Manage and develop external agencies or freelancers where needed (SEM, creatives, CRO)</li><li>Mentor a small but high-performing team while contributing hands-on as needed.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>8+ years in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups</li><li>Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams</li><li>Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms</li><li>Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting</li><li>Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions.</li><li>A track record of measurable pipeline contribution through scalable growth initiatives</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and constant iteration</li><li>Experience with marketing in complex or technical B2B environments is a strong plus</li><li>Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams</li><li>Fluent in both English and German</li><li>Valid work permit for Austria/Germany</li></ul> What we offer you PREWAVE AS A WORKPLACE <ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: You'll receive a competitive compensation package tailored to your qualifications, experience, and the role.
