Your New Role
As our Document Controller/Project Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:
For the document controller role:
support the project teams in the field of document management, from document preparation to document review and final document issue and distribution
ensure the implementation of a document management system, possibly integrating into a common data environment
record, file and distribute project-specific documents
keep track of project documentation using a Project Document Register and be responsible for organizing, coordinating, controlling and reporting the status of the Project Document Register
manage the document numbering and file naming system
formal review of documents and ensure compliance with company editing rules
review of documents following the defined company standards
For the project administrator role:
provide general administrative support to the project teams (meeting coordination, travel logistics, filing etc.)
work on coordination and preparation of minutes of meetings
work on task tracking and coordination
support with preparation of presentations slides in e.g. MS Power Point
help to build project time schedules
support with translation of documents (English to/from German)

About You:
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to learn
Confident handling of MS Office
Experience in project document management
Experience in general administration support
Experience in engineering consultancy or similar work environment
Experience in using MS project preferred

Remuneration – the salary for this position will be at least €51,307. Overpayment may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
