We’re redefining what’s possible at the intersection of engineering, energy, and sustainability.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h3>Why This Role Matters</h3><p>We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and scale our multidisciplinary engineering team as we develop, build, and deploy the next generation of our waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems. You’ll be both strategist and builder—setting the engineering vision, managing execution, and rolling up your sleeves to help solve complex hardware challenges.</p><p>This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
