We need engineers who share this passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy efficient buildings and communities. We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru, leading BIM on prestigious projects in the MENA &amp;APAC region. <h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and credible BIM specialist to join our team at our office in Bengaluru, to lead and manage complex BIM projects and produce BIM models and CAD drawings for all stages of design for SMEP and data centre projects. As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians across 26 global offices, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will oversee the production of detailed and coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices, and train and mentor more junior CAD staff in the use of Revit.<h2>The Skills</h2>Having already been accredited with relevant qualifications and having proven experience at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building/SMEP-based role.You are adept at planning and organising your workload as well as the workload of the technicians working under you. You will need excellent communication and inter-personal skills, dealing directly with clients as well as sub-contractors and internal staff of all levels. You will require a solid understanding of all BIM practices and documentation such asBSI ISO 19650 and COBie, not just from a delivery perspective but also from a lead role and have the ability to interpret and author all forms of BIM documentation. You must have strong BIM and Digital Engineering software knowledge, not only in Revit but also packages such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo and the various Microsoft packages for formulating reports etc. You must have sound knowledge of multi-disciplinary services coordination and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines. Job Description Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
