In this professional internship position, we offer you the opportunity to integrate the Global Quality & Program Management team of our Business Unit. We are responsible to support TTT - Borgwarner plants on new Application Programs (Launch Quality & Program Management), define global processes and oversight new deployments across the BU.

You will be part of a multicultural global team and support on its diverse and interesting range of tasks.

With this internship you will get a deep knowledge on how the Product Development Process in an automotive company is developed and how collaborative cross functional teams and quality good practices can ensure a smooth program launch.

Your Tasks:

• Support in the creation of global processes descriptions.

• Creation of procedures and training materials for these new processes.

• Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of the global processes.

• Assist in the deployment of new improvements.

• Create and manage our SharePoint site.

• Create and manage Power BI dashboards for KPIs follow-up and analysis.

Your Qualifications:

• Student in the field of engineering, economics, management or similar

• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Knowledge of SharePoint/Power BI is a plus

• Sound language skills in English

• Result-oriented, meticulous and precise way of working

• Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
