Currently we are looking for: SCADA Project Manager


Role Overview:

In this role, the employee will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the SCADA system across the CANPACK Group’s global manufacturing operations. This includes overseeing system development, maintenance, standardization, and integration with other production systems to ensure consistent, efficient, and secure operations.

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, factory personnel, and external vendors to support daily operations, drive system improvements, and ensure user readiness and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the SCADA system within the CANPACK Group, including its development, maintenance, and ensuring consistent and efficient operation across all facilities.

  • Standardization of SCADA system solutions across all operations in the Group.

  • Providing support to factories in the use of the SCADA system, including assistance with daily operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective system utilization.

  • Providing substantive supervision of user training and support for the SCADA system, including the creation of user manuals and system usage guides.

  • Ongoing system monitoring, performance analysis, and operational accuracy

  • Performing system maintenance tasks

  • Configuring and troubleshooting system configuration issues


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture, configuration, and integration.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and managing SCADA.

  • Experience in project planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
