About the Job

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Any Romania based location is best for us, as the job is 100% remotely available for our business in Romania.

Technical Expertise needed:

Minimum 4 years of experience in application support.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI /CD.
Good knowledge on database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries).
Good knowledge of IIS troubleshooting (such as by using the event viewer logs from Windows server)
Application troubleshooting and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues.
Proven ability to work within service level agreement to solve customer issues.
Willing to work in shifts.
Very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC process.
Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and issue deviations from SOPs.
Experience with ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations.
Experience in working with cross functional teams spread across geographies.
Customer focused and goal orientated with keen attention to details.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Release Management & Coordination is good to have.
Experience with leading teams.
Excellent verbal/written English communication skills.
