About the Job

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of environmental monitoring and laboratory activities within a regulated scientific environment. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, manages sample collection and testing workflows, and leads a team of laboratory professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental monitoring programs (compressed gases, water, cleanroom environments)

  • Supervise lab operations, ensuring timely and accurate testing and reporting

  • Manage equipment calibration and maintenance schedules

  • Oversee training and ensure procedural compliance

  • Utilize LIMS for sample tracking and performance metrics

  • Conduct investigations and prepare technical reports

  • Support microbial identification and media acceptance testing

  • Apply Lean principles to improve workflow efficiency

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor analysts and group leaders

  • Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and onboarding

  • Manage overtime and weekend work schedules

  • Promote company values and team alignment

  • Participate in hiring and team development initiatives
