We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><h3>You will</h3><p>Your mission as Operational Account Manager will be to own your customer accounts and be responsible for their development and growth. The scope of the role also includes: </p><ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements</li><li>Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators</li><li>Secure budget adherence and invoice approval</li><li>Ensure price adjustments, for example annual indexations</li><li>Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts, to reduce cost and improve operational efficiencies, including upsell</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><p>Have several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics and a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility. Besides that we expect that you: </p><ul><li>Have a proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders</li><li>Have a demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives</li><li>Are independent and confident in acting, prioritizing and making decisions</li><li>Are fluent in Swedish and English</li></ul><p>If you, on top of this, also have experience from the growing EV industry or a start up/scale up environment it would be considered a plus. </p><p>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
