As an M&amp;P Engineer you will be required quality materials, develop processes, improve manufacturing processes, work with quality, disposition NCR’s, and audit both internal and supplier facilities. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">You will also be involved in R&amp;D activities and consequently the writing of test plans and overseeing test execution. Testing will include material qualification, process development, component development, optimize manufacturability and anything else along the path of developing and efficiently manufacturing the aircraft.</span></div><br><br><h3>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</h3><ul><li>Guide and support the various design teams in the development of the aircraft components.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers for materials, components, equipment, etc.</li><li>Work with manufacturing teams to optimize manufacturability of the aircraft, reduce cycle time and provide equipment requirements.</li><li>Work with quality to implement controls for materials, processes and operator training.</li><li>Audit internal and external facilities.</li><li>Write and review engineering documents/drawings, material specifications and process specifications.</li><li>Coordinate and carry out material and process qualifications.</li><li>Write test plans and execute testing.</li><li>Participate in design reviews.</li><li>Support first article inspections.</li><li>Support conformity activities.</li><li>Troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing issues.</li><li>This position requires travel for manufacturing support and supplier audits.</li><li>This position is primarily on-site.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>All around good person and fun to work with.</li><li>At least a Bachelor’s degree focused in either Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials or Aerospace Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years aerospace experience.
