Job Overview
SCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Enablement Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. This role will lead the development and delivery of training programs that empower employees to effectively use core business software platforms, most notably Salesforce, as well as other enterprise systems such as HRIS, project management, and productivity tools. The Software Enablement Specialist will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, partner cross-functionally to identify needs, and ensure technology adoption aligns with business goals. A strong foundation in Salesforce is essential, but this position supports a wide range of platforms across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and deliver software training programs that support the effective use of Salesforce and other enterprise tools (e.g., HR platforms, project management tools, collaboration apps)
Assess organizational training needs in partnership with departments like IT, Sales, HR, and Operations to identify skill gaps and software adoption challenges
Create clear, engaging, and scalable training materials including e-learning modules, manuals, tutorials, and job aids
Lead live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding experiences for new and existing employees
Serve as the go-to resource for Salesforce enablement, staying current on platform updates, new features, and best practices to continuously evolve training content
Support cross-functional technology rollouts by preparing users for system transitions and reinforcing post-launch learning
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and metrics to improve future offerings
Collaborate with system administrators and business partners to align training with process design and user roles
Contribute to broader digital adoption initiatives and foster a culture of tech fluency across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent experience and
5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design, preferably within an IT or software environment
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Salesforce training
Experience supporting other enterprise software platforms and facilitating cross-system learning programs
Experience partnering with cross-functional departments to co-design and execute learning initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong project management and content development skills with a user-centered mindset
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and workflows; ability to train across different roles and teams
Familiarity with business systems such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack), and others
Skilled in creating and delivering training for diverse audiences using both in-person and digital learning formats
Able to support behavior change and technology adoption through clear communication, reinforcement strategies, and continuous learning
Ability to measure program success and adjust based on learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business impact
Comfortable using LMS tools, authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Rise, or similar), and video/virtual platforms for content delivery
Initiative, good judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certification(s)

Working Remotely
At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office.
Estimated Annual Salary
$61,102.08 - $83,017.87
