Individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency within the organization in the areas of food safety and quality while maintaining and building relationships with both internal and external customers. </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Essential Functions/Key Deliverables   </div><div><ul><li>Develop, implement, verify and validate Food Safety and QA processes and procedures used to monitor &amp; update quality systems for incoming raw materials, production, and products (Finished and Work in Process) to ensure compliance to all regulatory, customer, and company requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Addresses BRCGS deviations on an immediate and ongoing basis and assists in the training and development of production personnel in these areas. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide products and services to customers (internal and external), which meet or exceed expectations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist in implementing, mentoring, monitoring and acting as HARA Team Leader. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive plant improvement by providing proactive solutions to issues that will support facility operations staff in achieving Quality and Safety goals. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conducts, implements yearly reassessment of food safety programs, BRCGS training and self inspections. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain contact between Sales and Operations in order to communicate customer/consumer issues and resolutions that arise and brings about corrective action if needed. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain effective working relationship with R&amp;D, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Purchasing and Operations. Provide timely, accurate, and relevant data and analysis to enable them to effectively manage the business. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain a professional working relationship with regulatory bodies.
