We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer specializing in Bridges and Underpasses to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Supervision team you will play a crucial role in the construction supervision of major roadway projects, including new highways, interchanges, and the upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.Job Duties<ul><li>Report into the the Resident Engineer and supervise and coordinate structural engineering activities on construction sites</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards</li><li>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues</li><li>Follow up set inspection for installations and review inspector’s performance on a regular basis.</li><li>Update progress for all assigned works to the project manager to include in his reports</li><li>Review updated records that would form as built records</li><li>Check and coordinate for all assigned services</li><li>Coordinate with Head office (Design) for all material reviews and design queries</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures for structural elements</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members</li><li>Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address concerns</li></ul>.
