For this role, we believe your starting point includes:<ul><li>A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)</li><li>Preferably 10+ years of proven experience in the design of marine structures, such as quays, jetties, berthing structures, pile decks, caissons, block walls, dolphins, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of port equipment, mooring systems, and navigation</li><li>Extensive knowledge of relevant design codes and design methodologies</li><li>Experience with complex multidisciplinary marine projects, such as ports, flood defenses, artificial islands, or immersed tunnels</li><li>Excellent communication skills—professional-level English and Danish is required, and any additional language skills are a plus</li><li>Comfort in a dynamic work environment with multiple stakeholders</li><li>A strong commitment to sustainability and an active interest in exploring and applying green solutions</li></ul>Your skill set is respected in the market, and you have built up a valuable network, enabling you to understand clients' needs and market trends.Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include an open mindset and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
