About the Job

  • Work with lab staff to curate and enhance up to date laboratory equipment inventory

  • Help to manage onboarding / offboarding, and equipment moves

  • Prepare for entitlements process that defines all current lab equipment’s preventative maintenance status and original equipment manufacturing contract status

  • Work closely and communicate accurately with lab staff (and other internal/external) partners to define contract level needs and preventative maintenance schedules

  • Interact with lab supplies management area (chemical and reagent inventory management)

  • Manage tickets for repairs with vendors to ensure engineers are on site as per contract expectations

  • Build knowledge of Cell line development process and analytical sciences enabling strong partnerships

  • Assist in keeping lab up to safety standards

  • Be flexible and dynamic and willing to work around a very challenging environment as it pertains to delivery of data
