Responsibilities / TasksResponsible for after sales service and system modernization to meet sales target. Prepare and follow-up quotations to secure orders. Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers to promote extended sales coverage. <ul><li>Promote and sell after sales service solutions and system modernization to meet sales target</li><li>Responsible for developing sales of service products in Country (Philippines).</li><li>Prepare, generate proposals and follow-up quotations to secure orders.</li><li>Provide pre-sales preparation, sales negotiation and after sales service.</li><li>Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customer to promote extended sales coverage</li><li>Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers and build good relationship.</li><li>Collect service product feed-back and market information</li><li>Liaise with the technical team and project execution to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation and solve the problem.</li><li>Support, guide and lead project execution team for all commercial issues and deviations based on the contract.</li><li>Suggest changes and improvement whenever applicable</li><li>Work collaboratively with LPT technology centers to ensure full understanding of available service products and how they can be taken to the local markets.</li><li>Provide required reporting to LPT Organization.</li><li>Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.</li></ul> Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitudes including know how on processing equipment for Brewery, Dairy and Beverage applications.</li><li>Good understanding of service sales costing</li><li>Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers)</li><li>Able to multi-task and work under pressure</li><li>Being part of a small team, flexible to adapt to different tasks</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Willing to work beyond regular office hours (if necessary)</li><li>Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people</li><li>Good computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel, MS PowerPoint.</li></ul> Did we spark your interest?
