  • Analyze and resolve escalated user issues, leveraging root cause analysis and trend identification to implement sustainable solutions and reduce recurring incidents.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Business Transformation, Project Delivery) to ensure data integrity, optimize system usage, and support strategic initiatives through technology.

  • Document and communicate system changes, enhancements, and best practices to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement.

  • Attend work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.

  • Comply with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Model and promote a safety- and quality-first culture, leading by example and reinforcing best practices across all supported systems and teams.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HeavyJob and other Development & Construction systems by implementing validation protocols, monitoring data quality, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

  • Lead and document system audits to verify compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives based on findings.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to design and maintain seamless data flows and integrations between HeavyJob, Procore, ArcGIS, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Continuously evaluate system performance and user experience, leveraging analytics and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement enhancements that improve operational efficiency and align with business goals.

  • Own the communication and change management process for system updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, and supported throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, construction management, business administration, or a related field, or 8 years' equivalent work experience required.

  • Certification in HeavyJob, Procore Admin, ArcGIS Enterprise Admin training or system-specific certifications required.

  • Certification in ITIL v4, CompTIA Project +, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or equivalent preferred.

  • 3 or more years of systems management or IT support role, ideally within the construction or project management industry required.

  • 2 or more years of hands-on experience with HeavyJob, Procore, ArcPro software or similar development & construction management tools is highly preferred.

  • Certification in continuous improvement and/or lean methodology and practice preferred.

  • Experienced in training and mentoring, with the ability to support users at all levels and foster adoption of enterprise systems.

  • Advanced technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, coordination of concurrent initiatives, and delivery of system enhancements aligned with business goals.
