Your mission We are looking for a skilled and driven Technical Sales Engineer to lead our Distribution product portfolio for the Residential and Commercial &amp; Industrial (C&amp;I) segments at Sungrow. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of clean energy by driving product strategy, supporting technical pre-sales activities, managing certifications, influencing customer decisions, and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery. Interviews will be held in English. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead technical pre-sales activities, including customer meetings to assess technical requirements and develop tailored solution proposals based on Sungrow’s product portfolio.</li><li>Own the end-to-end service process – from solution delivery to after-sales technical support – ensuring seamless implementation, customer satisfaction, and long-term reliability. This is a core part of the role and vital to Sungrow’s customer experience.</li><li>Drive product certification processes, coordinating with Sungrow HQ and local offices to meet all relevant standards (e.g., SII, IEC, etc.).</li><li>Support tender processes, including preparation of technical documentation and follow-up with customers at the technical level.</li><li>Manage product presentations and technical documentation, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product strategy.</li><li>Influence purchasing decisions by clearly articulating the technical, commercial, and service advantages of Sungrow’s solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders, including EPCs, IPPs, investors, and distributors, to ensure smooth project execution and customer alignment.</li><li>Benchmark Sungrow products against competitors to inform strategic positioning and continuous improvement.</li><li>Represent Sungrow at national and international trade fairs, conferences, webinars and training sessions showcasing product capabilities and gathering market insights.</li><li>Travel regularly within Israel for customer visits, with occasional travel to Europe and Sungrow’s headquarters in China.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering - power electronics, or a comparable higher education qualification. </li><li>At least two years of experience in technical product management, technical support or sales engineering. With preference in the renewables energy industry Inverters, ESS, EV Charging, EPC.</li><li>Strong technical understanding on inverter products and/or energy storage systems in the C&amp;I segment with commercial sales knowledge - advantage. </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken - mandatory. Chinese language skills- plus.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis. </li><li> Hands-on attitude with a can-do mentality.</li></ul> Why us?
