This role will inspect, troubleshoot, and repaid various equipment used in the warehouse. The objective is to ensure equipment and facility is operating properly and efficiently.  </div><div>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   </div><div>These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. </div><div><ul><li>Inspect building and other structures to determine functional systems. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Detect and recommend where malfunctions need to be repaired. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry maintenance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices and space to accommodate user’s needs and maximize office space using various hand and power tools. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prepare and paint the various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe working environment using various painting equipment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Order parts and maintain required documents. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Assist in scheduling and coordinating outside vendors to perform advance maintenance work. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Troubleshoot Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and coordinate repair of MHE with vendors. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    </div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma or its equivalent. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>One (1) or more years of experience in maintenance work or a related area. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Valid Driver’s License. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to obtain a Forklift Certification. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   </div><div><ul><li>Forklift Certification. </li></ul></div></div>Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
