Your ability to identify bottlenecks, support technical decisions, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints will be essential to the success of the program.If you’re ready to leverage your program management expertise to align cross-functional workstreams, provide execution leadership, and navigate ambiguity while ensuring the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—this is your chance to make an impact.What You’ll Do:<ul style=""><li>Lead programs through coordination of a cross-functional team to deliver next-generation vehicles and accessories from concept to launch.</li><li>Facilitate technical discussions across teams, focusing on product architecture, design/development tradeoffs, and integration of various technologies.</li><li>Provide clear and concise program health updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.</li><li>Manage the team through uncertainty by identifying issues, supporting decision-making, and ensuring key program outcomes are prioritized.</li><li>Ensure strong financial discipline by managing program costs, adhering to budgets, and identifying risks to program financial targets.</li><li>Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, taking proactive measures to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements within the program management function, implementing best practices and driving operational efficiencies for successful program delivery.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>6+ years of program management experience in the consumer-facing technology industry, with at least 3 years of experience leading large, complex engineering programs in a cross-functional environment.</li><li>Strong technical background, with experience in facilitating technical discussions on hardware, power systems, electronics, and firmware.</li><li>Proven experience leading complex programs across multiple technologies and aligning workstreams across technical disciplines.</li><li>Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, operations, supply chain, legal, and policy teams.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in fast-paced, complex environments.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience in the micro-mobility, bicycle, automotive, or related industries is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul style=""><li>Comprehensive Health &amp; Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
