As a Tax Specialist focused on Corporate Tax for the European region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, supporting tax reporting processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. You will also provide project-related tax advice to the business, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role demands strong technical tax expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-border environment.Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager for Continental Europe, your responsibilities will include:Europe Tax<ul><li>Support local Controllership teams with corporate tax return-related requests to ensure timely and accurate filings.</li><li>Assist in quarterly and annual tax reporting, including rolling forward data, updating corporate tax rates, and collecting prepayment and withholding tax information.</li><li>Review tax calculations prepared by internal Controllership or external advisors for European entities and escalate findings to the Senior Tax Manager.</li><li>Manage ad-hoc tax-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor payments for invoices from third-party vendors providing tax-related services.</li><li>Assist in tax audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentation.</li><li>Conduct research to support tax issues and new projects, escalating findings to the Senior Tax Manager.</li><li>Collaborate with the Senior Tax Manager to establish and refine tax compliance processes, contributing to process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrate ownership, independence, and a collaborative mindset in all tasks.</li></ul>
