As a Flutter and Dynamics Engineer on the Flight Sciences team</span></span><span><span>, you will develop, </span><span>analyze</span><span>, and verify </span><span>aircraft</span><span> loads and dynamics of our </span><span>clean sheet</span></span> <span><span>hybrid-electric </span><span>aircraft</span><span>.</span></span></p><p><strong>You'll Bring These Qualifications For Flutter &amp; Dynamics Engineer:</strong></p><ul><li><span>2+ years professional experience in aircraft Finite Element Modeling and aeroelasticity, with a solid Proficiency in HyperMesh, SimCenter 3D, FEMAP or similar FEA tools and aeroelastic solver tools such as NASTRAN or ZAERO.</span></li><li>Experience in CAD design tools such as Siemens NX, and ability to set up simulations from mechanical design data.</li><li>Strong software development knowledge in Python, MATLAB, or a similar language.</li></ul><p><strong>These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li><div>Foundation in flutter analyses including aerodynamics and flexible body dynamics</div></li><li><div>Familiarity with the principles of vibration and environmental qualification testing standards like DO-160G.</div></li><li>Experience with Composite Structures</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills in English</li><li><div>Experience developing software in a team environment (including version control and CI/CD)</div></li><li><div>Experience building optimization pipelines that integrate disparate workflows and tools</div></li><li><div>Passion for aircraft and electrification of the aviation industry</div></li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li><div>Desired:  Master's or above in aerospace engineering.</div></li><li><div>Minimum:  Bachelor's  in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or similar.</div></li></ul><div><strong>Base Pay Range: </strong></div><div><strong>$113,000<span>—</span>$176,000 USD</strong></div>
