They will bring a strong work ethic, a high level of urgency and a customer service mindset to support all aspects of BETA’s interview process, both for internal teams and external candidates.</span></div><br><br><h3>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</h3><ul><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews- ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams (creating raving fans in the process)</li><li>Own candidate communication- act as the first point of contact, representing BETA with pride and care</li><li>Become an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) master- learn the ins and outs of our ATS (Lever), track all candidate activity with a high level of accuracy, run reports and organize data to improve our recruiting practices</li><li>Craft a stellar candidate experience – from travel arrangements, to coordinating an ideal interview day, to welcoming candidates at our facilities, to prepping internal teams, you will manage all the details that go into a seamless interview process</li><li>Support recruiting efforts- know the business needs, help the team identify talent and map them to the right places, build a pipeline of talent through events &amp; networking – both virtual and in person</li><li>Be a strong team player- from challenging each other respectfully to working through tough situations, to celebrating wins- our team takes collaboration seriously</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>BS/BA, or the equivalent in relevant work experience</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of related, or transferable experience in: recruiting, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, and or work in a demanding environment (like a startup)</li><li>Tech savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products; general software aptitude</li><li>Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment, wearing many hats and not missing a single detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to craft a conversation with everyone you meet</li></ul><h3>Above &amp; Beyond Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience supporting HR and our Recruiting efforts at a startup</li><li>Work experience in the Aerospace and or Manufacturing fields</li><li>You like to laugh!
