We are currently looking for a qualified Project Manager to act as a bridge between project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Their primary goal is to ensure effective communication regarding deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans. Specific to client for a specific project.  </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Determine and define project scope and objectives</li><li>Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements</li><li>Track project costs in order to meet budget</li><li>Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan</li><li>Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders</li><li>Assigning tasks to team members and communicate the expected deliverables</li><li>Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables</li><li>Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement</li><li>Ability to solve problems individually and as part of a team</li><li>Lead meetings and take detailed notes</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, internal team members, and relevant stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with and maintain effective communication with technical team leads</li><li>Identify potential risks and obstacles that may affect the project and implement proactive measures to address risks and ensure project continuity</li><li>The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
