This role is responsible for daily cash management, strategic cash flow forecasting, and financing activities to support the company’s rapid growth and operational scale. This role will be responsible for building strategically and scalable treasury processes, managing banking and lender relationships, and ensuring optimal liquidity to execute the company’s growth plans.  Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintains daily cash reporting, consolidated cash flow forecasting, and liquidity analysis to ensure proactive funding decisions.</li><li>Monitors and optimizes the cash conversion cycle in partnership with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.</li><li>Oversees cash disbursements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.</li><li>Oversees short-term investment strategies for surplus cash in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Manages banking and credit facility relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring competitive structures.</li><li>Centralizes and streamlines banking platforms and payment solutions, including evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems, as needed.</li><li>Supports financing activities, including leasing arrangements, and working capital facilities.</li><li>Ensures compliance with debt covenants and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting packages.</li><li>Develop and implement improvements to Treasury processes around cash reporting and subsidiary and consolidated cash flow forecasts and models.</li><li>Ensure compliance with treasury policies covering cash, investments, debt, and risk management.</li><li>Identifies and mitigates financial risks, including foreign currency, interest rate, and counterparty exposures.</li><li>Partners with FP&amp;A and Operations to support budgeting, capital planning, and large project funding needs.
