The incumbent will build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues for the Philippines market.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>You will support and grow Sales within Automation (Substation Protection and Control) and Communication in Philippines, supporting full sales process from promotion, product homologation, Distributor Channel development and direct sales to Utility and Industry Customers. You will create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy.</li><li>You will prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, identify sales opportunities and use CRM tool to record and share, lead direct relation / communication with customers and lead negotiation.</li><li>You will ensure most competitive offer taking into account the market situation and customer’s conditions, identify which approach (e.g. direct sales, consortium, or channel) can be applied to better serve the customer, support bid/no bid analyses and decisions and participate in project risk review processes.</li><li>You will involve in - external: direct relations with customers, Channel partners, Distributors, Potential Third-Party suppliers and internal: Account managers, Bid and Proposal team, Solution line specialists, Country and Regional management.</li><li>You will be leading, drive and hold itself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved, responsible for compliance with relevant HSE policy and procedures, ensuring proactive risk assessments take place and corrective actions monitored/followed up.
