YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Leads critical projects and initiatives to address key strategic questions or issues for the company.</li><li>Understands and articulates customer’s evolving approach to mission, product development, testing, production, and fielding of defense equipment.</li><li>Develops project scope and plan for key strategic projects and initiatives, including deliverables, milestones, and timing.</li><li>Organizes and guides a cross-functional team of leaders.</li><li>Works and coordinates closely with platform program managers and engineers leading new technology initiatives.</li><li>Develops, coordinates and implements business strategies to align with the company’s objectives to drive growth and profitability.</li><li>Designs and leads analysis efforts to identify simplification opportunities and quantify potential impact with support of various functions.</li><li>Develops recommendations and drives execution of recommendations for areas of opportunity across the business.</li><li>Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve results.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Development or a related field.</li><li>Ten (10) or more years of related direct experience OR Seven (7) or more years of related consulting experience.</li><li>Five (5) or more years of management experience.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Military experience in Marine Corps or Defense Acquisitions</li><li>Military tour at Quantico in an acquisition-related billet</li><li>Experience with Marine Corps tactical wheeled vehicle (TWV) programs and the equipment associated with those TWVs</li><li>Knowledge of and familiarity with the Marine Corps acquisition community</li><li>Acquisition MOS with time in a billet at MARCORSYSCOM, PEO(LS), CD&amp;I, or MCWL</li><li>Master’s degree in the field or in a related area; MBA preferred.</li><li>Fifteen (15) or more years of experience.</li><li>Through understanding of EABO and the Marine Corps Force Design 2030 restructuring.</li><li>Experience with complexity reduction concepts.</li><li>Thought leadership, change management, and project management experience.</li><li>Ability to influence change and build relationships with other business leaders.</li><li>Ability to conduct executive level presentations and facilitate group discussions to tackle complex problems.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and to impact others to move toward consensus.</li></ul><div>The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role.
