Job description:            Data Engineering &amp; ETL:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages or Azure Data Factory pipelines or similar mechanisms for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, including multiple D365 CRM instances, Dataverse, SharePoint Sites, etc..</li><li>Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure data quality and consistency.</li><li>Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.</li><li>Develop and maintain daily scheduled jobs for data updates from diverse data sources. Reporting &amp; Analytics:</li><li>Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like SSRS, Power BI or similar, to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Configure automated notifications to stakeholders for reporting KPIs, pending actions etc. Data Management:</li><li>Extract, analyse, and report on data from multiple data sources.</li><li>Understand the application’s data models and entity relationships.</li><li>Troubleshoot data-related issues, implement corrective actions and suggest preventive actions. Data Maintenance &amp; Specification Documentation:</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor data quality and implement processes to maintain accuracy.</li><li>Maintain documentation for data pipelines, reports, dashboards and data models. Data Migration:</li><li>Create and execute data migration packages to copy data from between different sources or CRM instances over to standardized Eurofins solution on D365 CRM.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.</li><li>Document data migration processes and procedures.</li></ul> EXPERIENCE:              <ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer</li><li>Strong experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.</li><li>Experience in developing and maintaining ETL for large datasets</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with data migrations and automating jobs.</li><li>Experience in D365 CRM is not a mandatory requirement</li></ul>      SKILLS:              <ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in working with cross functional teams spread across geographies is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of data governance best practices.</li></ul>   PRERRED QUALIFICATIONS:              <ul><li>Azure Data Engineer certifications</li><li>Microsoft Power BI or equivalent certifications.</li></ul>
