In this role, you will join a team of highly skilled process technicians and engineers. We are looking for quick learners with a proven ability to work with less support. This role involves working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.</li><li>Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.</li><li>Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements.</li><li>Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.</li><li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. (<em>Preferred: Bachelor's Degree</em>)</li><li>Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures.
