Our ideal candidate has experience working in solar, wind, or other clean energy technology, and has a background in either sales or finance. That said, we are willing to consider candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds.<h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Lead Reunion’s engagement with clean energy developers and manufacturers<ul><li>Develop strong relationships with clean energy developers and manufacturers through a range of channels, including e-mail, video, in-person meetings, and conferences</li><li>Serve as a trusted and consultative partner that can answer both highly technical questions, as well as big picture strategic questions</li><li>Formalize our process for onboarding clean energy developers and manufacturers onto the Reunion platform</li></ul></li><li>Develop partnerships with professional services and other ecosystem participants<ul><li>Work with professional services firms to collaborate on thought leadership initiatives</li></ul></li><li>Establish credibility through technical knowledge and expertise<ul><li>Write and speak on issues related to tax credits and clean energy finance</li><li>Analyze latest rules and developments on clean energy tax credits, and serve as a trusted voice to tax and corporate finance / tax teams</li></ul></li></ul><h3>What you’ll need</h3><ul><li>Professional experience in solar, battery, wind, or other clean energy technology</li><li>Professional experience OR strong interest in finance or clean energy finance</li><li>A track record of accomplishment in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfort using technology and other hacks to get a lot done with limited resources</li><li>A minimum of 7+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment</li><li>NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer.
