Role Overview Advantage Capital is seeking motivated, confident, and articulate individuals with 0–4 years of post-undergraduate experience. Candidates are expected to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong record of leadership. This role begins with a primary focus on sourcing new investment opportunities—identifying and building relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and operators across a broad range of industries.
