As a Senior (also open to Principal level) Earthing and Bonding Engineer, you will lead the delivery of complex E&amp;B solutions across major infrastructure projects—including rail, substations, and utilities—by applying your technical expertise to design, review, and verify systems for 1500V DC and 25kV AC traction power, re-signalling, SAT/TAP, and electrical upgrades, while ensuring compliance with safety, EMC, and network standards, and overseeing modelling, documentation, and integration to deliver technically sound, constructible, and standards-aligned outcomes.How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Lead and manage the earthing design components of major infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget, while mentoring junior engineers.</li><li>Develop, review, and approve earthing designs, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with standards, and innovative problem-solving.</li><li>Engage and collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive project outcomes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ANZ region.</li><li>Ensure quality and safety compliance by conducting regular design reviews and implementing robust quality assurance processes across all deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate globally to share technical knowledge, apply best practices, and drive innovation and sustainability across diverse, high-impact infrastructure project</li><li>Working with team lead to build the team and their expertise.</li></ul>
