Our trucks are designed to perform under the toughest conditions.SUMMARYThis position provides support to the Human Resources department by working on a variety of HR projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Humans Resources.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening, etc.</li><li>Assist with recruiting events including organizing, preparing, and participating in job fairs and campus recruiting as needed.</li><li>Assist in company training, such as New Employee Orientation, Harassment Prevention, Ethics, and other Human Resources related training.</li><li>Assist with maintenance of confidential employee &amp; applicant information utilizing various HRIS systems.</li><li>Assist with various employee events including organizing, preparing, and participating in Employee Roundtables, Service Award Luncheons, etc.</li><li>Perform research and assistance for various Human Resources and Benefits related projects as needed.</li><li>Other duties or projects as assigned.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field for entire duration of internship.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) throughout the summer.</li><li>GPA of 3.0 or higher.</li><li>Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize while working on numerous projects and tasks.</li></ul>WHY OSHKOSH?Moving the future forward is our priority and this includes your future.
