This position requires excellent market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and market penetration.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the regional sales targets assigned by the company</li><li>Expand the energy storage market, identify potential customers, understand customer needs</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with customers, facilitate cooperation, sign contracts, and maintain customer relationships</li><li>Regularly revisit customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships</li><li>Organize and develop the sales team in accordance with company goals</li><li>Manage team performance targets, and support the achievement of sales targets</li><li>Strategize and plan for product and process optimization too leadership</li><li>Provide professional product configuration and wealth management services to customers </li><li>Responsible for local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, service, and cooperate widely with local institutions</li><li>Understand industry dynamics and competitor situations, provide timely market information feedback, and offer suggestions for the company's marketing strategy</li><li>Team Training and Development: Regularly train team members and help distributors cultivate qualified sales teams.</li><li style="text-align:left;">Work Reporting: Complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks to ensure timely updates and accuracy of information</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above</li><li>Chinese or Bilingual preferred</li><li>Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade,</li><li>Able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers</li><li>Familiar with market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management</li><li>Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities</li></ul><p> </p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
