This team is responsible for developing, prototyping, and validating processes used to manufacture the anode and cathode in Form Energy’s Iron-Air multi-day battery. You will support multiple electrode manufacturing efforts while collaborating with Product and Advanced Manufacturing teams.In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating novel processes to manufacture Form Energy’s electrode technologies. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience developing processes from concept to scaled implementation, and a proactive, interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving. Your work will make a significant and daily impact on a cutting-edge battery technology that will revolutionize the electric grid and bring major change to grid reliability and sustainability.
