Your mission <ul><li>You are the first point of contact in the project team for supply chain and contract related topics.</li><li>You establish and optimize project procurement strategies and coordinate between the project and procurement organizations. </li><li>You are the intermediary between suppliers/companies and the project teams. </li><li>You manage contracts, ensure contract performance, handle change order management, disputes, and claims. </li><li>You will identify contract-related project risks and define and monitor mitigation measures with the project teams. </li><li>You will foster supplier relationships, promote continuous improvement, collect supplier feedback, and drive innovation and value creation with selected suppliers.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics, law, supply chain, engineering, or a comparable field. </li><li>You have 6+ years of experience in large CAPEX projects in the E&amp;P, chemical, or energy industry. </li><li>You are willing to travel for negotiations and on-site supplier meetings.</li><li>You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus.</li><li>You work proactively, are solution-oriented, and are a true team player, even under pressure.</li></ul> We offer <ul><li>Flexible working hours and the option of mobile working.</li><li>30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day week).</li><li>Onboarding program “Vulcan Starter Days.” Includes a visit to the power plant and a tour of our laboratory.</li><li>Company pension scheme.</li><li>Corporate benefits platform with many attractive discount offers.</li><li>Opportunities for professional and personal development with individual training options.</li></ul> We are looking forward to meeting you!
