Development of the Project Manager skills and competences through mentoring and coaching. Development of the Project Manager best practices. Manage the overall capacity planning activity for projects. Regularly provide consolidated project reports and analytics for the management team for decision support. Manage a complex program through the project managers while managing program level risks and project dependencies.
